Poor customer service
CUSTOMER service at the Nambawan Super Savings and Loans in Wewak is so poor. The staff is quite slow and can literally serve one client for half an hour. A female staff was recently scolded by clients and she cried saying that she was new and still learning. I don’t blame the new staff. But can the company get an experienced staff to assist the poor lady? Members like myself don’t have the luxury of time to sit and wait for hours to be served.
