Why have CCTV at traffic?
THE CCTV cameras installed by a Chinese company for Apec meeting in 2018 has been raising concerns.One would wonder if someone is monitoring these cameras to catch traffic offenders. Many drivers keep breaking traffic rules because they were never caught and penalised for their actions. Were these cameras installed to decorate the traffic poles? They are only used when accidents or offences are created.
