Road issue: For the people of Wongkos, Erom, Wombon and Omaru villages located at the back of Igam where their livelihood depend on the Bumbu road. The road needs urgent upgrading and two of its bridges have collapsed already making it inaccessible.
There are about four smallholder poultry growers plus subsistence farmers and school children using the road daily. However, the road and bridge need upgrading and repair. We ask when will our so-call Member for Huon Gulf come and fix this road. Because we are located in Huon Gulf electorate we ask for engaging a contractor to fix this problem.
