More manpower needed:
The government has to take a bold step in the country’s welfare and security. One option that I could suggest is that the government can look in to the justice sector. And that is through recruiting and deploying police and defense force in the country. We really need more manpower.

Ministers challenged:
What has the ministers got to do with operational and technical matters of an organisation? Ministers are supposed to deal with policy matters! They are not supposed to dictate on how an organisation supposed to operate! It is frustrating and downright manipulation when ministers start “sticking their ugly noses” where they are not supposed to do and start giving directions or orders etc. Ministers come and go every five years! An organisation operates forever.
