Time bomb:
I MUST thank Thomas Hukahu for a tremendous job in the providing of the theological knowledge of Christianity. However, I must say that Papua New Guinea is really in a time-bomb situation on hand with the current economic crisis, unmanageable social problems and churches booming with increased disorder in Faith. The point to make is quoted from this Bible scripture: Ecclesiastes 12: 12-14. Every Christian has a bible but we have not come to know the truth that will deliver us from these problems.

Provincial days :
WHAT’S with all these so-called ‘provincial days’ leading up to the PNG Independence Day? Your drunk and disorderly youths waving silly provincial flags in Lae or Port Moresby and causing a nuisance in public does nothing for national unity. I’ll be glad to attend and participate on such days if the organisers had creative agendas instead of the usual meaningless speeches and half-hearted ‘traditional’ singsings.
When are we going to see one provincial day raising funds to build a rural aid-post orderly house, or a teacher’s house, or a classroom back in the villages where we come from? While we enjoy the good life in urban centres, ask not what your provincial day can do for you, but what you can do for your province.
