ACTING Police Commissioner David Manning’s vehicle had its tint removed is an example of obedience demonstrated by a senior personnel. Now, can Manning make sure all other police vehicles have the tint removed as well? It has been noticed that some police vehicles still have tint on. Also, it has been noticed frequently that police officers are using unmarked vehicles with tint on. And these vehicles seem to be hired. If these vehicles are being hired by police department, for what reasons has it being hire for? This is a classic example of wasting tax payers’ money. Can the Police Minister Bryan Kramer do something about theses hired vehicles? The government wants to slash all MPs DISP/PSIP funds by 20% but yet Police Department is continuously hiring cars for its officers in NCD. These officers are hardly found in the police stations counters serving people. They seem to use unmarked vehicles for naughty things. Set a time frame for all tint vehicles to be removed.
