Effort hailed:
I COMMEND Kundiawa-Gembogl MP William Onglo for funding the agriculture sector, especially fresh produce. He has done well in partnering with FPDA with a commitment to allocate K1 million per year. From FPDA survey, seven out of every 10 locally produced bulb onions on sale in our local markets and shops are supplied by Kundiawa-Gembogl farmers. The national government should support this if they are serious in reducing imports of fresh produce as stipulated in the MTDP 3.
