Test of time for Marape:
 THE presentation and passing of the supplementary budget will be a real testing of numbers game for Prime Minister James Marape if he still has the support of the house or not. The likely cuts on the District Services Improvement Programme (DSIP) and Service Improvement Programme (SIP) funds among other critical areas close to MPs comfort zones will see a different reaction in this land of the unexpected politics. Marape was forewarned to assemble the like-minded from ministers down to CEOs and board directors but he may have left it a bit too late. Let’s wait and see the outcome.
