TWO years ago, Digicel’s ICT or ISP support and service delivery was the best. They would be onsite two hours after a call was lodged for support or do installations. What has happened to your brilliant work? Have you run out of ideas and effective customer service turnaround time? It’s about time to switch to another ISP.

Review education policy:
THE Education Department needs to review the educational policy of 1:6:6 and rewrite systematic policies to strengthen and uphold this policy for the next 20 years. I am in favour of this policy. The national examination schedule should be for grade 10 and 12 to test the learning capabilities of individual students. In that manner, our country is shaping top academic students who can make it to tertiary institutions.
