Supplies delayed:
I agree with what Wilson Thompson ML, president of farmers and settlers association Inc letter published in this newspaper on Nov 11. The appropriate authorities and the State-owned enterprises (Air Niugini) should step in and help. We, small to medium enterprises operators, are feeling the pinch in Goroka. Our orders were not supplied for a month now. Suppliers such as Zenag, Table Birds and CLTC should shed some lights.

Digicel cheating:
THIS is frustrating. My fellow Papua New Guineans, have you notice that Digicel’s data plans for K3 for 100mb and K5 for 250mb finnish quickly within 10 to 15 minutes. The auto message will appear reminding you that you have last 10mb remaining even though you just started using the internet. Can authorities responsible for telecommunications and National Information and Communications Technology Authority look into this issue and rectify it. This day light robbery.

Firms cheating country:
BUSINESSES operating in this country should contribute to the national development goals. It is frustrating to see some firms doing nothing to give back to this country. Some use generator to get electricity. Regulators such as Independent Consumer and Competition Commission and Internal Revenue Commissioner should keep their eyes open on how firms conduct themselves. Their conduct should be fair and equitably in the market and pay the amount of tax due.
