No communication:
Communicating and relating important or emergency issues and information down from Kerema and Kikori districts of Gulf to rural populations is non-existent. There are no government systems or service of communication with rural populations in Gulf. We never hear or know what’s happening in the province and the nation. Do services better and fairer for our rural populations in Gulf.

National trans-highway :
What is of paramount importance about this soon-to-be-opened national trans-highway linking Gulf and Southern Highlands is not about economic reasons. It is a dream come true for poor citizens who can’t afford sky-high airfares.
This is a real impact project that will create link for poor and low-income earners to discover a different part of the world using the cheapest mode of transport. Many have protested to do away with this link, coming up with all the disadvantages. I disagree with you views.
Our law-enforcement agencies are still active. They will come down hard on who ever tries to use the link for evil motives like criminal activities and land-grabbing. The sole purpose of this vital road-link is for a good cause. Whoever will be using it must use it for its rightful purposes or be penalised.
