Little to rejoice over new boat

 THE recent purchase of a second-hand boat by the Esa’ala MP and christening it the mv Rejoice Esa’ala is a slap in the face of the people. Not long after the boat was launched, it had to be dry-docked for repairs. Please do not feed the people of Esa’ala with junk as they have been through enough already. I find it mind boggling for one to call the people to ‘rejoice’ over a rotten boat that is falling into pieces. How does one expect to serve the people with a rotten boat when you can easily build a new one for them? Treat them with respect and give them what they deserve, which is nothing but the best.
