Live your best life


In life, we have a lot of fears.
Some fear failure, some fear criticism, some fear death and some fear success itself so they stay within their comfort zones.
To our students, many of you will not find yourself continuing the next level of your education.
The question is, what will you do about the fear?
Because whether we like it or not, the fear will always be there.
Wake up my fellow Papua New Guineans.
Life is meant to be lived.
Life is meant to be enjoyed.
Why fear? The only thing should fear is fear itself.
I usually admire mountain climbers.
They walk through obstacles just to get to the top of the mountain.
They face their fear of death, of failure and do whatever it takes to get to the top.
Some of us might ask, why are those mountain climbers wasting their time climbing mountains if there is so much risks involved?
Well, the question we should really ask ourselves is why am I not stepping out of my comfort zone?
Life is meant for you to give meaning to it.
For some, becoming a doctor is what they want to live for.
Some think that being a lawyer is what makes their lives meaningful.
Some think writing books is what makes their lives count for greatness.
Now get this from me.
There is no right or wrong noble profession.
Whatever you think is right for you, go out there and make it happen. Let me remind us again that each day brings us closer to our respective coffins.
So why have fear and get out of your comfort zone.
Gt out there and make our lives count for greatness. Fight the fear in your mind and make your dreams become a reality.
If not you, then who? If not now, then when?
You are the only you so go out there and make it happen.
