THE higher education loan programme (Help) is perhaps challenging to most of the lazy secondary schools students and their parents with multiple children.
The loan programme is something new for our country.
Help will not only attract numerous hardworking students to perform better but it will give hope to the less fortunate but smart students.
On the other hand, the Government’s plan to boost the agriculture sector will help many Papua New Guineans come out of poverty.
It is safe to assume that more than half of the country’s population rely on planting food.
We can save all our mines from operating and depend only on agriculture.
We should produce the agricultural goods to supply the world’s demands.
