SEPIK Savings & Loans Society chief executive officer Bill Wangi has appealed to East Sepik national members of parliament and the 27 local level government presidents to allocate micro credit funding to SS&L.

Wangi said with the recent development taking place in the province being initiated by Commerce Trade and Industry Minister and Yangoru Saussia MP Richard Maru and Maprik MP John Simon, SS&L was better positioned.

It is owned by the Sepik people, who are members or shareholders.

Wangi said the society was created by the East Sepik provincial administration  under its SME business focus and micro credit schemes for the province and its six districts.
