KADA Poroman Microfinance Ltd has been continuously creating awareness on its loan products to help the people of East New Britain grow the province’s economy.

In a recent promotion in Kokopo, KPML stressed its partnership with the provincial government under the private public partnership programme.

According KPML’s marketing and promotion manager John Butmale, the partnership has made room for a financial programme that would provide small business loans.

The programme is made up of three components, with each offering different amount of loans for small businesses.

The provincial government has made this programme possible through its 10 years strategic development (2011-21) under the theme “growing the local economy”.

These three components are: credit revolving facility (open category); nurturing enterprise facility (local level government category); and business development initiative facility (district category).
