For how long can Lae stay clean?

IT is true that Lae is becoming a clean city, thanks to our honorable MP John Rosso.
But I want to challenge Mr Rosso: Is it going to be
sustained throughout his
term as Lae MP? From past experience, such projects were
not able to be sustained long term.
