Long wait frustrating

IT is becoming frustrating for those of us who have went through the process of getting registered and are waiting for our NID and birth certificates.
Officers at the NID office keep telling us to check next week and too many next weeks have already passed.
The Minister responsible should not take a blind eye on this letter.
We can’t open new accounts because of the delaying in issuing NID and birth certificates.
We can’t submit new applications because of no NID and birth certificates. We can’t purchase plane tickets because of no NID and birth certificates.
This is unacceptable and an injustice to the citizens.
