Look into cause of delay

CAN the Police Minister Bryan Kramer ask Police Commissioner David Manning to look into the conduct of police prosecutors in relation to the files of murder suspect Bosip Kaiwi’s case?
Why is it taking so long for the files to be ready?
The reason of Covid-19-related issues delaying the preparation is a nothing but a lame excuse.
Is there something sinister going on with the officer in charge of preparing the files?
Are we really telling relatives of victims and the public that suspects have a chance to go free because of files?
As said by the magistrate, when files are not ready, there are chances that Kaiwi’s lawyer will ask the court to strike the case out.
