Look into education office in East Sepik

Letters

SOME teachers in East Sepik are still on auto suspension and are resubmitting necessary documents to change that for some time.
It has come to our attention that certain officers within the provincial education office are asking for money so they can prioritise the uplifting of their suspension.
These officers are demanding favours for other services as well.
This is a call to the executive manager and the Education Department’s human resources division in Port Moresby to look into this.
Teachers from the rural areas spend money, mostly borrowed money, to reach town and be served only to be treated this way by the ones who are supposed to help them.
