Looking for a job

SOME organisations or companies who advertise vacancies in the dailies are not doing their job professionally.
I emailed my job application through to several organisations and followed up several times hoping to receive a response from them, but unfortunately there has been no acknowledgement or even a feedback.
If you are recruiting then you should know how to respond to emails sent in by applicants.
If you know you will not be able to reach all your applicants than simply put a footnote informing them that if they are not contacted within two weeks or so than they should consider their application unsuccessful.
