LUFA District is ailing and in dire need of a rescue.

It is faced with all sorts of problems and its people are suffering because they lack basic services.

I am hoping that the Eastern Highlands provincial administration will appoint a district administrator on merit.

He must place the good of the people above himself.

The decision makers should stop playing politics and consider officers on merit.

Then, it is public interest to see proper investigation instituted to see where the district’s leftover project funds from 2012 have gone.

The people of Lufa are waiting patiently.
