Madang invaded by gangs

 CRIMINAL and drug warlords and their gangs have over-run beautiful Madang. The town is not safe anymore as residents are being intimidated and harassed by these gangs. Many of these gang members have migrated from Lae and the Highlands provinces to be based in Madang. Police presence is virtually non-existent, which renders the residents defenseless to these criminals. Governor Jim Kas must also take action to curb the crime rise.
