Malabag and Temu should swap portfolios

THE prime minister did a fairly good job in the distribution of cabinet positions.
I rate the distribution as 80% fair because I thought that some members were allocated with portfolios against their talents and fields of expertise.
Michael Malabag won because public servants in Moresby Northeast voted for him to continue the fight for their housing allowance and other employment conditions.
He is the hope for the thousands of government and private enterprise workers throughout the country and he should have been given the public service ministry.
Let Sir Puka Temu, a trained medical doctor, take on health and HIV/AIDS.
Mr Prime Minister, please give Malabag a chance to save the thousands of unprivileged public servants who have been working and living under the amended diabolical colonial masters’ employment condition policy from 40 years ago.
We trust Malabag more than anybody else with the public service portfolio.
