Malabag going off track

Letters, Normal

IT seems that Michael Malabag is taking every opportunity to criticise the opposition whenever it talks about removing the prime minister.
As a trade union leader, what has he done for the good of the workers?
All he does is go to the media and spew rhetoric.
Although I admire Malabag for his courage to stand up, why isn’t he forcing the government to really look after the workers and people of PNG?
Thus far, the government does not seem to care about the people nor respect the country’s laws.
If it cannot do that, what is Malabag talking about?
The time for talking is over.
The opposition is looking at the option of removing the prime minister through a vote of no-confidence.
By now, almost all the people Malabag is supposed to represent are fed up of this government.
Yet, as a trade union leader, he cannot or refuses to see that.
We are fed up with the lack of housing and its ridiculous allowance, miserable salary package, poor increment, failure to honour agreements, etc.
If he cannot open his eyes and see what is happening, then I suggest he refrain from making any comments.
