TANIA Malai is on Cloud Nine after winning two return air tickets from Air Niugini to fly to the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM).
Malai, from Hoskins in West New Britain,  was the 2000th person to have opened a Universal Air Travel Plan account, according to Air Niugini general manager, customers and markets Dominic Kaumu.
Malai told The National from Hoskins that she was pleasantly surprised about her win.
“I was so surprised when Charlie Wanma, Corporate Sales manager for Air Niugini Limited, called me and told me that I had been awarded a prize on the UATP account,” Malai said.
“To me an award like this is unbelievable – travelling to the Federated State of Micronesia would only be a dream for a lady like me.
“But now that it’s real, I am more than happy.”
Kaumu said the UATP allowed its corporate and individual customers convenience in flight management.
“UATP offers one of the most efficient and flexible payment systems available and we encourage more individuals and organisations to sign up,” he said.
