Man wins K50,000 in promo

BMOBILE’S Bikpla Belhat Krismas promotion, which commenced on Nov 23 and ran for four weeks, finishes with one lucky customer winning the K50,000 major cash prize.
Nelson Nerepen, now in his 50s, came to Port Moresby as a young man and eked out a living collecting and selling empty bottles.
The Wabag native described those early days as a real struggle.
Being a man of faith, however, Nerepen persisted, trusting that God would provide for his needs.
Together with his wife, Diane, they managed to save money to put their children through school.
Things slowly improved.
Now, with the cash windfall, Nerepen said his family would be able develop their property and spoil themselves a little this holiday season.
Presenting the major prize to Nerepen, bmobile interim national marketing manager Devan Kula thanked Nerepen for being a loyal bmobile customer over many years and described him as a worthy winner.
Nerepen thanked bmobile for the promotion and encouraged people to support the 100 per cent Papua New Guinea-owned network operator.
