Manus soccer funding

SINCE 2012, the Manus Soccer Association (MSA) has never accounted for public funds given to it by the Manus provincial government.
It has never run an organised competition as stipulated under the PNG Football Association guidelines or policies.
Although MSA has never run its local competition, it managed to take part in tournaments like the NSL competition (Admiralty Football Club), Besta Cup (an annual PNGFA tournament), former FFPNG tournaments and others which cost a lot of money.
All these competitions have amounted to millions of unaccounted public funds.
Someone should be held accountable for the non-acquittal of these funds.
Hopefully the governor or the new provincial administrator can deal with this issue.
