Matane: Vote good leaders

 GRAND Chief Sir Paulias Matane has called on voters in East New Britain to screen candidates for the LLG elections.

He said people must think “it is time for better days” and elect good councillors and presidents.

“We need good leaders. I call on all people not only in ENB but throughout the country to take the election seriously and elect good leaders,” he said.

Sir Paulias said the country needed good planners at the ward level and proactive leaders who could make good things happen in their communities and LLGs.

He also called for peaceful elections in the province.
