Matui appointed secretary of Constitutional, Law Reform Commission

MANGE John Matui has been appointed secretary of the Constitutional and Law Reform Commission.
According to the National Gazette dated Jan 10, his appointment was done with advice from the National Executive Council (NEC) and the Public Service Commission.
Matui will serve a four-year term.
Ravu Vagi was reappointed to serve a four-year term as secretary to the Department of Labour and Industrial Relations.
His appointment was gazette on Dec 23.
Fego Ota Kiniafa was appointed managing director of the PNG Ports Corporation Ltd for three years.
According to the gazette dated Jan 8, Kiniafa was appointed by NEC in compliance with Section 12 of the Kumul Consolidated Holdings Authorisation Act 2002.
The NEC also appointed seven State prosecutors – Raymond Galama, Lilly Jack, Patricia Matana, Comfort Langtry, Serah Aileen Osembo, Linda Margaret Shanks and Thomas William McPhee.
