National Narcotics Bureau director-general John Mapusa said: “The responsibility to eradicate drug abuse falls on everyone. We all must take proactive approach in our community and society where we live by educating and disciplining our younger generation not to engage in illicit substance abuse. Our youths must take the lead in saying ‘no’ to drugs.”
