Milestone graduation for Nebilyer locals

Education

THE people of Hap-Wara in Nebilyer, Western Highlands, witnessed 81 pioneer grade 10 students graduate on Friday.
Hap-Wara area is notorious for tribal fighting over the last 40 years.
The entire population has missed out on a basic education and services.
It was indeed a momentous occasion as the new Lower Nebilyer Provincial High School graduated such a large number of students.
