Mining Act needs a review

TIME is of the essence and resource laws must be reviewed and changed.
It is sad that our government has been employing the “the don’t-care attitude” when it comes to ordinary resource landowners and indigenous people of this country.
It is time now for our lawmakers to swallow their pride and get on with reviewing our resource laws.
Our laws are written in such a way that our own people ended up as spectators.
Papua New Guineans must support New Ireland governor’s move to ensure landowners benefits from resources found in their land.
