Minister: NCD cops breached court orders

THE recent clash between NCD police and the Highlands based Special Services Division took place after NCD policeman were believed to have breached a court order, Police Minister John Boito said.
“Reports say this LandCruiser 10-seater was driven by some policemen who were seen driving into the National Court premises at noon that same day.
“The National Court has issued an interim restraint order preventing police from venturing anywhere near the National Court premises.
