TOYOTA Mioks have launched their 2010 bemobile Cup campaign with high hopes for the players to excel.
The launch hosted at The Place nightclub, was attended by the club’s board, management, officials, sponsors’ representatives, supporters and Enga Governor Peter Ipatas.
With the 2010 season yet to start, Ela Motors regional manager Bob Hall representing the club’s major sponsors, psyched up the club members for a shot at the premiership this year.
Ipatas urged all Mioks supporters and players to refrain from bad behaviour both on and off the field.
“As Mioks  players and supporters, you must display commitment because of the support by sponsors Ela Motors,” he said.
With 64 minor sponsors, some sponsoring individual players, Ipatas said: “Support is one way of giving to a disadvantaged province like Enga.”
Ipatas also called for  commitment and attitude from the current board and team management.
Mioks utility Muse Lam was honoured as the club’s Best Player.
