Missing governor

MILNE Bay seems to be very quiet while the other provinces are moving forward with developmental plans.
Did we vote for a governor? It looks like we voted for a UFO and it has gone back to the planet it came from.
I see no trace of our governor in the media.
Zero.
The five Open members are moving around and at least we can see them, but I have found it very hard to find any clues of the existence of the governor.
Can someone please find where he is and ask him to tell us his plans for Milne Bay?
To the highly educated, please salvage the sinking MBP.
