Model leader for Jiwaka

 JIWAKA as a new province is fortunate to have Jenny Walep as the acting provincial health manager. 

The woman possesses great leadership qualities such as being innovative, accountable  and transparent in all official dealings. 

I have been attached to the temporary provincial health office for eight weeks and witnessed how enthusiastically she  seeks  the development of the province. 

However, Jenny Walep developed another story just  for  the  good  of the people of Jiwaka. 

Though  the  current government system in terms  of policies for service distribution and resources allocation is continually changing,  Jenny showed high adaptive  ability  to  stand as credit leader. 

My  wish is for the government of Jiwaka to reappoint her as the permanent health manager.
