Kavieng’s Djorne Fong in action against Rochus Mission on day one of the Bank South Pacific Men’s National Snooker Title in Port Moresby last night.
Former champion Fong won three frames to nil (53-2, 61-23 and 80-0).
Fong returned to the tournament after a two-year absence.
The National is also a sponsor of the tournament.
Meanwhile, defending champion Marcus Ng won his opening match on forfeit after his opponent, Lihir’s Peter Biza, did not make it to Port Moresby yesterday.
