MOORE Printing remain unbeaten after they beat Bank South Pacific (BSP) 19-12 in Private Companies Netball Competition top-of-the-table clash at the Rita Flynn Indoor Complex on Sunday.
The reigning champions are the only unbeaten side in the A-Grade competition.
In the other encounter, Westpac managed to edge Air Niugini 19-18 and Kina Bank won on forfeit against Proclean.
Moore Printing, with shooters Louise Maliaki (10) and Lily Kila (nine), collected vital points with solid support from the midcourt Violet Jack, Charmaine Kila and Maki Ray.
Papua New Guinea Pepes utility Nerrie Adula was shifted to defence alongside veteran Manu Sina as they limited BSP shooter Jacklyn Hape (six) from scoring.
BSP shooter Vele Iamo also scored six points.
They tried desperately to keep up with Moore Printing but with one player short, it was always going to be a tall order.
BSP’s Dineheilo Lawrence and Gorethy Semi had to play overtime with support from Hape.
Defenders Cecilia Agelavu and Lyna Karo Kassman tried their best to contain Maliaki and Kila.
Meanwhile, competition president Julie Mai says only the premier division will play their final match of the round on Sunday before heading into a recess.
