A WOMAN and her child have been missing in the NCD since March.
Elizabeth Guri, 27, from Boromil village, in Gumini district, Chimbu, and her two-and-half-year-old child Margaret, were reported missing at 10pm on March 27 from 8-Mile settlement in Port Moresby where they live.
Family members said Guri and her child were returning home from the McGregor police barracks when they disappeared.
Family members said they had searched tirelessly around the city for the mother and child but had not been able to locate them. A missing person’s report has been filed with police.
Elizabeth’s husband Eliza Guri said his wife was short, slim, has curly black hair and light-skin complexion. He described his daughter as having brown-skin and ginger-coloured hair.
He appealed to anyone with any information could reach him on 7129 6054.
Eliza said anyone with information on the whereabouts of his wife and daughter would receive a small reward.
