BMOBILE Vodafone has been running a text message competition for the three State of Origin games played in Australia this year.

The competition was for the Bmobile Vodafone users in PNG to text in their choice of teams that would win the games.

The third State of Origin game winner of the Bmobile Vodafone State of Origin competition was Rosa Woimba from Kerema who lives in Kiunga, Western.

Bmobile Vodafone customer Advocacy Officer Tidman Ikosi said Rosa texted in her favourite team 369 times on a 50t per text

rate. He said it cost her K192 to win K6000 worth of home theater package from the Brian Bell group of companies.

Rosa’s daughter Julie Woimba collected her mother’s prize on Friday as Rosa was in Kiunga and could not afford to collect her prizes.

Julie said she was delighted to collect the prizes on behalf of her mother.

“I’m thankful to the Bmobile Vodafone communication company to come up with this kind of competition to boost our perseverance of using Bmobile as our medium of communication,” she said.
