MP must shoulder blame

 MEMBER for Tewai-Siassi Mao Zeming should shoulder the blame for the lack of development and services to his electorate for the last 15 years. If the allocated K20 million has no sign of tangible development in your electorate then why stop the investigators from proceeding in their investigation.
