MSB’s empty counter

 AS an affected student, I call on the person in charge at the Measurement Services Branch (MSB) to weed out deadwood.

I have been visiting the office regularly for two months to check on my certificate but there is no one at the counter.

The workers are reluctant to help and even the security guards act like bosses, saying every one was at a workshop.

But are all of them at 

the workshop for three months?

I call on the MSB director to monitor the wor-kers and seriously look into this matter.
