Mum graduates

A WIDOW and mother of four was among the 158 who graduated this year from the Kumul Training Institute (KTI) this year.
The 42nd graduation was held in Port Moresby on Friday. Teckla Salle, 37, from Tari in Hela achieved a certificate in ports and shipping, a four-month course. She said since her husband died five years ago, their lives in the city became tough as three of her children were in school.
“I had to do marketing every day to ensure my children were up-to-date at school,’ she said.
