Murder charge duo in court

 TWO men have appeared in the Waigani committal court  charged with the murder of two expatriates last year.

Robin Fabagi, from Badaiga village, and GoldbertBabaga, 18, from Debado village, are from Rigo district, Central. 

Fabagi and Babagaare are charged with the murder of two Bangladesh men on the night of Dec 11, 2012, at Madine Bakery, Gerehu Stage II< in the National Capital District. 

Magistrate Cosmas Bidar told the two they were facing very serious charges. 

The men are being represented by a lawyer from the office of the Public Solicitor. He told the court that Babaga’s file was still with a private law firm and would be retrieved soon.

Fabagi and Babaga are remanded in custody at Bomana prison and will reappear in court on August 14.
