Musician calls for govt support

SUPPORT is needed from the Government and connected sectors to expand the music industry into the future, a music icon says.
Saugas Band from Northern front-man and lead singer Allan Herove said to be able to get support from, musicians should have a positive attitude to drive them forward.
“If you have a name in the music industry, your attitude must change, become good role models in music, make good music and market it to the world music industry,” Herove said.
He said anyone who has passion should push through to ensure they reach another level or meet a globally recognised standard in their desired passion.
“It is good to see young talented musicians are coming up and growing in the industry,” he said.
