MVIL should also help others

AS a vehicle owner who obeys the laws and pay my fees, I find it mind-boggling how the Motor Vehicle Insurance Ltd (MVIL) could invest K100 million overseas and under questionable circumstances.
It would have been better if that money was loaned to the government or the treasury for infrastructure development within the country.
Now that the NCD governor has got their attention, I hope Port Moresby will not be the only entity to benefit from any possible assistance from MVIL.
Vehicle owners from the rest of PNG should demand that MVIL also consider assisting their local councils to maintain their roads.
The NCD may be the country’s gateway but  the city alone does not make up PNG.
