NA duo joins ruling PNC

TWO National Alliance MPs have joined the People’s Congress Party (PNC), bringing its membership up to 45.
This was according to the government yesterday when confirming the move by Usino Bundi MP Jimmy Uguro and Maprik MP John Simon from Opposition.
A source said PNC was strong and provided stability for government and policies. One of the two MPs confirmed switching to government.
“I have many impacted economical and infrastructural projects to be delivered in my electorate, he said, preferring that his name not be used.
“I have to think of my people first as I have promised them these projects.
