Namah’s question disrespectful

Letters

I DISAGREE with the Opposition Leader Belden Namah’s questions to Prime Minister James Marape in Parliament on Oct 10 regarding his electorate.
I’m ashamed of the Opposition leader’s direct and disrespectful questions to the leader of this nation.
Such direct questions should be given to other ordinary members of parliament and not to the prime minister.
We need common sense to be exercised on the floor of Parliament for it’s a house of honour and respect.
Hela is a new baby and it needs many development strategies.
That is a well-known fact by everyone in PNG.

  • It doesn’t matter if you are a leader or not…you have to be true by going straight to the point of what’s happening and what’s going to happen in the near future to resolve this issue. Such questions will help leaders to analyze the situation and make proper decision that will benefit the whole nation and not just a particular area as specified
