NAMBAWAN Super Ltd’s new office in Mt Hagen, Western Highlands, opened on Monday, with the aim of improving customer service and providing consistent member experience.
The office is located at the Gapina Development Building.
Chief executive officer Paul Sayer said Mt Hagen was the central location of the Highlands and the new office provided a modern, spacious service centre that would better accommodate staff and members’ needs.
“Mt Hagen is one of our busiest branches with many Nambawan Super members who frequent the Highlands visiting the branch,” he said.
“Over the past five years, Nambawan Super has upgraded its main regional service centres in Port Moresby, Lae and Kokopo.
“We are pleased Mt Hagen’s regional service centre is now at the high standard as our other major branches across PNG.”
Changes to the new office include:

  • Spacious, modern seating areas, so that members will be more comfortable while waiting for service;
  • Private consultation rooms, so that staff can have meetings with members and employers about their superannuation needs; and,
  • Improved office space, with open plan seating and desks for staff, a boost for our staff who work in one of our busiest branches.
    Sayer said in addition to improving their office set up, the fund was looking at ways to improve services for its members.
